How do I perform a search?
Simply enter a product name or number in the section directly under the banner and then press the ENTER on the keyboard or CLICK the magnifying glass.
How do I open an account?
You must register by clicking on "Create New Account" located under the "My Account" menu link at the top of the banner and follow the instructions. You can not make any purchases without registering first. Consumers please refrain from registering.
How do I log into My Account?
You may access your account by clicking on "Login" located under the "My Account" menu link at the top of the banner and follow the instructions.
How do I purchase products on your site?
We have re-designed our site to make it the easiest and quickest possible to purchase products.
Just follow these procedures:
- On your left you will find a "Menu System" that will guide you to the desired product section. You need to select one and then click on it's sub-menu.
- Once the products show up on the right side of the menu, all you would need to do is enter a quantity in the box under the desired product and click on the "Add" below it.
- Please note that the ordering is done in multiples of 3, 6, 12 etc.
Example: (By typing in "1" in an empty box underneath the item picture and beside the "x 12 Unit(s)" text, you will be ordering 12 items; by typing in "2", 24 items; "3", 36 items; etc.)
- You will see a "big green check" mark to indicate that the product is added to the cart.
- You may continue on purchasing other products or click on the "My Cart" link at the top right corner of the page to revise and checkout your cart.
- Once you have completed the steps to finalizing your purchases, you will receive shortly a confirmation via email and also this purchase would show up in the "Order History" page.
How can I change personal informations?
Once you have logged in, everything you need to change as personal information, emails, passwords and more are all located under the menu item "My Account" at the top of the banner.

I've never shopped on your site before, why can't I see any prices?
Before you can see our prices, you must first register by clicking on "Create New Account" located under the "My Account" menu link at the top of the banner and follow the instructions. You can not make any purchases without registering first. Consumers please refrain from registering.

Please note that after the registration your account still needs to be activated before you can proceed to creating an order. Once the account has been activated by our customer service representative, you will be able to see our product prices. The activation requests are fulfilled within the next 24 to 48 hours.
I registered and I still do not see the prices?
Once your account is created, you must wait until it is activated by our sales department. Verifications used to identify your business can sometimes take more than 24 hrs. Once this step is completed, you will be notified by email and then receive full access to the site.
Why do I not see any prices?
You cannot see the prices if you have not opened and account yet.
Price discrepancies?
Please note that the invoice created on our website is temporary. The official invoice is mailed to you and it might not necessarily match the temporary electronic invoice.
What if there is a price difference between the items in my order and your final bill?
Despite our best efforts, pricing errors can creep up on our website. Usually, we honor the price listed on the website but we reserve the right to take back the goods and issue an appropriate credit.
How can I check my Order Status?
Once you have logged in, click on "Order History" located under the "My Account" menu link at the top of the banner. In the following page, you will find ALL your past orders in a list view. Here you will find the status of your order.

If I do not see a specific product on the website, can I do a special order?
Our site is updated regularly, so if you do not see an item, it is because we do not have it. If in doubt, contact us by heading to the "Contact Us" section of our website.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes. Your data will be encrypted and no one else can read your confidential data. We use "SSL encryption" and are certified by one of the "Highest Authorities".
Can I contact or talk to someone?
Yes, you may get the information by clicking the menu link "Contact Us" located just below the banner on the right.

What is the fastest way to find a product?
Type in the product name, product number, or description in the quick search box located under the top banner and click the "Search" icon. Please note that you may also enter multiple product numbers separated by a "space".
The other way would be by going through the left "Menu System" and select "by Category", "by Type", "by Brand", "by Display", "by Bundle" and also "by Seasonal".
