Freight Canadian Customers

Free Freight

  • Quebec: on orders over $1,150
  • Ontario: on orders over $1,550
  • Maritimes: on orders over $1,650
  • Western provinces: on orders over $1,750
  • Newfoundland, Labrador, Yukon & The Territories: on orders over $1,950
**All order values are net, before all regional and national taxes.

Claims:
We do all that we can to ensure safe delivery of merchandise. Despite our best efforts, occasionally, there are damages. Symak cannot be responsible for what occurs with the numerous transportation companies and carriers that are used to move goods across the country. If you receive a damaged box, please be sure that you make note of it on the BOL at time of receipt of the goods, when signing for the delivery. Doing so will help in the processing of your damage claim more efficiently and effectively.

Returns:
We do, on occasion, accept return of goods with prior authorization only. Please ensure that your customer care agent, sales rep or customer service completes the correct paperwork to avoid any delay.

Backorders:
We do not back orders items for later fulfillment.

Pre-Orders:
From time to time we do offer pre-orders. These orders need to be processed and confirmed by a Customer Service Rep and certain criteria apply. Please speak with customer service for each pre-booking event.

Minimum order: $350.00 net before all applicable taxes
* Transportation will be prepaid on orders of $500 or more, for delivery to regions around Montreal.

Freight U.S. Customers

Free Freight on orders whose value exceeds $1500, except for the following states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, California, Utah, Texas, and Wyoming. For these states, freight is capped at 10% on orders whose value exceeds $1500. For Alaska, Hawaii, and non-U.S. locations, freight policy is handled on a case-by case basis.

Claims:
We cannot guarantee safe delivery of merchandise despite our best efforts. Transportation companies relieve us of all responsibility when they pick up your goods from our warehouse. If you receive a damaged box upon delivery, please sign for it as damaged. Doing so will aid us in processing your damage claim quickly.

Returns:
Accepted with prior authorization only.

Backorders:
We do not backorder any items.
